Client-centred approach in infrastructure project delivery
Today I would like to write about the culture of our company Strinso, which is 100% oriented towards our clients. This means they are the centre and primary focus when making decisions and implementing improvements within our company. We have a strong commitment to the development of road and airport engineering, particularly in the projects we carry out in pavement evaluation and structural solutions design for roads and airports.
Designed to listen: Strinso’s work cycle prioritises our clients’ objectives
At every stage of project development, we always seek to understand the client’s needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements. From the sales process, our commercial team — supported by technical specialists — listens carefully to the scope of the project and provides technical advice to offer high-value engineering and a proposal that fits the client’s needs and budget. Our solutions guarantee reduced investment and extended infrastructure service life.
For Strinso, the key to success in project development is maintaining assertive and constant communication with the client, so they are always kept informed of the project’s status, progress, any developments, and the actions and decisions taken during execution in order to meet the schedule.
The architecture of trust: What we do to guarantee client satisfaction
1. Compliance and quality in engineering
Keeping our promises: Among Strinso’s values is our firm commitment to delivering what we have promised — in terms of timelines, quality, technology, and high-level engineering. Our focus on road and airport infrastructure engineering demands the highest levels of quality, and in every project we strive to achieve this.
2. Empathy and cost-effective solutions
We always encourage our employees to empathise with the client. This means understanding the reasons behind their requirements and proposing the best cost-effective solutions. For us, it is enormously valuable to be able to say that we have worked at more than 136 airports in the region and evaluated over 300,000 km of roads across Latin America.
3. Follow-up and technical pavement evaluation
We hold progress meetings with each client to present project monitoring updates. We also run working sessions to discuss results from pavement evaluation and diagnostics, the pavement management system, or the maintenance plan we are leading. If we detect areas of structural deficiency in roads or airports, we propose a joint technical field inspection and carry out analyses of different preventive maintenance scenarios.
4. Comprehensive diagnostics and road maintenance and rehabilitation solutions
Once we have a comprehensive diagnosis of the infrastructure and pavement condition, we develop maintenance, conservation, and/or road rehabilitation solutions to address identified problems. We promote a balance between technical quality, infrastructure resource optimisation, and environmental sustainability.
5. Continuous client satisfaction measurement
When a project is completed, we carry out a satisfaction survey allowing us to gauge the client’s perception of the work done. It is worth noting that we consistently achieve a very strong NPS score.
6. Continuous improvement in consultancy services
We are always open to receiving feedback from our clients, suppliers, technical team, and support staff to improve planning processes, results analysis, and deliverables.
Our commitment to transport infrastructure
Our primary objective at Strinso is to delight our clients, be their trusted adviser, and build long-term relationships by providing solutions that help optimise their resources and preserve transport infrastructure.
